PSC Teacher Training

 

NRG is proud to offer Pilates Sports Center Teacher Training Program. The PSC program is an Internationally recognized program with a cutting edge approach to Pilates teacher training. Students will learn the original method developed by Joseph Pilates.  

The program preserves the essence of the original technique but incorporates today's  modern biomechanical knowledge and exercise science principals.

 

This 450+ hour program is offered in modular or comprehensive format.

Comprehensive Course includes:

  • The class is limited to ensure a high level of attention and service.

  • Pilates Mat Repertoire

  • Reformer Repertoire                                                            

  • Cadillac/Trapeze Table Repertoire

  • Wunda/Combo Chair Repertoire

  • Fundamental Pilates principals and philosophies

  • Client assessment and alignment protocol

  • Anatomy and biomechanics taught using visual aids in an interactive environment

  • Combining Classical and Progressive Pilates styles with modifications and variations

  • Studio etiquette and equipment safety

  • Understanding indications and contraindications for specific injuries/dysfunctions and special circumstances

Tuition

Comprehensive Program: $5,900.00 (Minus $500 Non-Refundable Deposit)

Modular Programs: (Minus Non-Refundable Deposit of $100 for any single module)

Fundamentals/Philosophy (required) - $400 - required for any program

Mat - $1,200 - 3 weeks approx.

Reformer - $2,400 - 6 weeks approx.

Cadillac - $1,200 - 3 weeks approx.

Chair - $1,200 - 2.5 weeks approx.

Barrels - $400 - 1 week approx. (Offered Separately)

 

Transitional Pilates Program (Bridging) - We offer a 50% discount to any instructor who wishes to re-educate with us. (*Proof of previous education required)
