Classes

We offer classes for every level and every BODY. Each class is capped at 6 people for Reformer and 8-10 for Group Fitness. This is to insure you get the individual attention you need. We have several class styles giving you a complete full body workout. Our schedule is designed for you to come 5+ days a week with the option to take a different class style each day.

New to the Reformer? No problem. That is what we are here for. No experience required. All levels welcome.

Doors open 15 minutes before class to allow time for set up. Please bring clean shoes if wearing for certain classes and water bottle. Mats and all other equipment are provided.

 
 

NRG Signature Reformer

Our signature class combines traditional Pilates with a modern training techniques.  You will gain a firm base in core principles, body placement, and intricate muscle toning.  Get ready to define your core and tone muscles while improving posture, flexibility, and mind-body-connection. 

Suitable for all fitness levels. We will walk you through each exercise and give you an option that will work for you today.

Cardio Reformer

Looking to get your heart rate up? This 45 min HITT style class, utilizes the Jumpboard to elevate the heart rate and burn mad calories. The way the Jumpboard is set up allows you to get cardio aerobic training with very little stress or impact on the joints. Alternating between Reformer exercises and cardio intervals makes this class a full body workout. Bring a towel and water, you will break a sweat!

Reformer + Chair Sculpt

This class will leave you shaking.  Putting 2 of our favorite pieces of equipment together, the Reformer and the EXO Chair.  The EXO Chair is a great addition to your Reformer practice.  We know it is a love/hate with the chair but trust us after a couple classes you will definitely LOVE or at least start to. 

Never been on the EXO chair, no experience necessary.

Barre

Tone your legs, lift your seat, define your abs and chisel your arms with this class. May include some of your favorite props, such as weights, loop band, and mat work. This class will shake up your routine and reshape your body!

FORGE Kettlebell

There is a reason why kettlebell training is a staple of professional athletes and strength and conditioning trainers. It’s due to functional movement patterns and unique design of the kettlebell. These movement patterns translate to improved coordination, improved conditioning and improvement of the body as a working unit.

Strength + Conditioning Reformer

This high intensity class, fuses together our NRG signature Reformer class + strength training. Adding weights and heavier springs to build bone mass and keep you burning calories well after your session. You're welcome!

AAA

Sculpt and tone your assets in this 45-minute class. Using the Reformer and a variety of props, this workout targets Abs, Arms, & Ass. Get ready to feel those muscles you never knew you had!

Feel Good Reformer

This is an all-levels class that is the perfect combination of strengthening and stretching using the Reformer, foam roller, and additional studio props. This class will work through those tight spots, help correct body mechanics, and strengthen postural muscles. As in all of our classes, you can expect to focus on core stabilization. This is a great end of the week class!
